Warm Welcome to Boquio, surrounded by beautiful countryside, set-up high in it's own lovely grounds of 7 acres with glorious views, only approximately 8 miles from lovely coves and beaches on North, south and west coasts, be you on holiday or business, our spacious country home offers a very comfortable, peaceful, quiet and relaxing stay. There is ample off-road parking at the top of our driveway next to the house, with only two steps up into large main entrance hallway. There are picnic tables in the garden and grounds so you can relax and enjoy the views of this beautiful area and there is access to great walks very nearby. Friendly, welcoming PubRestaurant on same road within 1 mile serving great food and many tourist attractions nearby.We are very near to so many attractions, Helston is 3.5 miles and on the way is the Historic Poldark Mines, Flambards Theme Park, Treasure Park in Helston, the amazing Seal Sanctuary at Gweek, Pendennis Castle, Marizion with the most visited magnificent St. Michaels Mount, Penzance, St. Ives, beautiful beaches and coves such as Kenneck Sands (with beach for dogs), the amazing Sennen Cove, Kynance Cove and the glorious Lizard Peninsula, with it's many shops, good parking, pubs, restaurants and it's famous Fish and Chip Shoprestaurant! Falmouth is within 12 miles, with busy port, boat rides, many shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Plus we are not far from the North Cornish Coast with all it's rugged beauty, great surfing, many amazing walks and much more. Available locally to us is Walking, Golf course, Cycling, Horse riding and watersports, plus we have two local pubs within 1.5 miles, one with restaurant most recommended, plus local shops. For cyclists, we have a Cycle lock-up available.

Take the M4 towards Bristiol, then exit onto M5 to Bristol West - take exit onto A30 to BodminOkehampton - next take the A3047 exit towards HelstonB3297Scorrier - Continue to follow signs to Helston B3297 and follow this road which takes you through Four Lanes and Burras and then onto Farms Common where you will come down hill bend round to left and property is approximately 100yards further on the right.
